ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsible for business and relationship development, meeting/exceeding budgetary partnership/membership goals, maintaining positive and supportive relationships and must be constantly helping to redefine and innovate chamber programming that delivers value-add for our partners and members 웹사이트 파일 다운로드.

PRIMARY DUTIES

  1. Responsible for new partnership/membership sales and retention.
  2. Partnership Collection (courtesy calls) / Renewal calls / New Partner Recruitment
  3. Membership visibility thru weekly and monthly programs; chamber announcements at Friday morning coffee connections, Business Before Hours, Green Drinks Pdx and others 다운로드.
  4. Obtain corporate and supporting sponsorships for Chamber events/programs/website.
  5. Develop and implement new non-dues revenue Chamber programs {annual sponsorship sales including but not limited to; the website; luncheons, after hours, website ad sales, etc.}
  6. Works with event contractors on the community expo, golf scramble and business summit – manages sponsorship relations 다운로드.
  7. Hosts Chamber 101 with the President, the new partner showcase in January/February.

  9. Maintains Membership sections of beaverton.org.
  10. Continuously reviews current programs to assure partner/member benefits.

CHARACTERISTICS & SKILLS:

  • Capable of maintaining sensitive/confidential information.
  • Demonstrates intermediate level capabilities in MS Office and database programs.
  • Holds a four-year degree or can demonstrate equivalent job experience.
  • Must be a US Citizen and willing and eligible for TWIC Card to serve as a back up TSA processing staff member.

Salary: $45 – $50k, Full benefits (Medical, dental, vision, 401K retirement 4% match, paid vacation and sick leave)
