U.S. Bank has given me the opportunity to grow my skills and get involved with the community—and the Chamber has been a huge part of that journey.

A little over two years ago, I joined and made some AMAZING connections. Today, I’m proud to serve on the board as Mentor Coordinator, helping new members find their space, define their target audience, and maximize the value of their membership.

Through this role, I’ve discovered a true passion for connecting people to “the right people” to elevate their business. Recently, I had the chance to support a new business launch—thanks to a Chamber connection—and watch them start strong with the right team behind them.

The return on investment for my company has been clear, but the personal growth and network I’ve built?! Absolutely immeasurable.

"Being a member of the Beaverton Area Chamber of Commerce (BACC) has been absolutely foundational for starting my new business in Beaverton.  The BACC is much more than coffees and ribbon cuttings.  They offer workshops on relevant skills, trainings, and other events, including meetings with local legislators.  When people ask where I made some of the critical connections that I have, my answer is usually "through the Beaverton Area Chamber."  I recommend that any business owner in the Beaverton area join and participate in Chamber events.

The Beaverton Area Chamber of Commerce is a powerful resource for its Chamber members.  They are a passionate supporter and advocate for our Beaverton Area businesses, entrepreneurs, and community.   From their advocacy on a state level, the many diverse committees, and fun engaging events there is a place for everyone to be involved, participate, and build REAL relationships in business and beyond.  I know firsthand the positive impact being a member of the Beaverton Chamber has made on my own personal business.  As a REALTOR®, relationships are an essential component of building my business and being successful; The BACC has allowed me to connect and be active in my community in a way that wouldn't be possible without them.  If you aren't a member yet… you really should consider joining.  I LOVE my chamber membership!

I opened my business in 2021, and the Beaverton Area Chamber of Commerce has been instrumental in helping my business grow four times in my three years with the chamber.

I joined BACC in September 2024 after vising with another member. I loved this group from my first visit. I have always felt included and welcomed by others in the group, and especially by the chamber. I have subsequently joined the Ambassador, Member Mentor, and Women in Business (WIB) committees. I love that they support their businesses, offer opportunities to promote your own business, and encourage testimonials and support by other business owners. I LOVE supporting businesses whose services I have utilized, enjoyed, and appreciated. In April of this year, I moved to a Hillsboro, Oregon location, but I fully intend to stick with the Beaverton AREA Chamber because of the relationships and support I've felt in all they do!

There is no more vital way to engage in the local economy in our community than through the Chamber. The Beaverton Area Chamber of Commerce helps local businesses grow, thrive and stay connected.
